The structure of traditional suction fan is an open split impeller (low efficiency), the impeller body (including the blade) rotates coaxially with the motor, and the front cover is fixed on the suction box. There is a gap between the front cover and the rotating blade. Generally, the new machine is 0.5-1.5mm (gap). After disassembling the motor for several times, the impeller deformation gap will increase to 3-5 mm, causing the negative pressure drop of the fan to make the flute of the new machine and the old machine. The tube negative pressure is inconsistent. The equipped motor power is 2.2KW, and the normal current consumption is 3.4-3.6A.
Our company developed a double-ventilating and high-efficiency suction fan in 2009 , using the integral impeller (the front ,rear covers and the blade are covered with whole aluminum alloy , no gap) to rotate together with the motor rotor, and the fan efficiency is increased 50%. After nearly two years quality test in several textile enterprises, now our company's 1.5KW motor power suction fan can reach or exceed the original 2.2KW old fan's front end negative pressure, the current consumption is about 2.1A, the energy saving effect reaches about 30%.
